This is our beach house, and we would be delighted to offer it to guests who wish to stay some days or weeks.

What makes this condominium special is its Mediterranean style, its lush semi-tropical garden, its enormous S-shaped swimming pool (with an average depth of only 90 cm, except in the center), and its direct access to the beach, simply by opening a locked gate.

Another thing that makes this complex truly unique is its westward orientation, which allows you to enjoy spectacular sunsets on the beach thanks to the curve of the coastline at this point, forming a bay.

The complex has a concierge, gardener, and maintenance manager on duty year-round, both in winter and summer (in fact, he lives there).

The waters off the beach are generally calm (thanks to the cove formed by the coastline), and the wind is usually gentle.

Els Molins beach is one of the top kitesurfing spots for miles around, and when the Levante or Mistral winds blow, it's common to see dozens of kitesurfers flocking to this beach.

Cycling is also very popular in the area, as evidenced by the large bike shop located just 500 meters away, which offers sales, repairs, and rentals.

The residential complex is 5 kilometers from Dénia downtown, but is very close to a big pharmacy (650 meters away), a supermarket open all year round (1.1 km), several bars and restaurants, and an Asian store (1.2 km), in addition to the aforementioned bicycle shop
