Einmal Denia immer wieder Denia.

superbe location

la maison est d'une propreté remarquable,très agréable et très bien équipée. tout est à proximité, la plage, les commerces et les restaurants bien que ce ne soit pas au centre de Denia.(15 minutes à pied ) cest endroit idéal pour se reposer et visiter la région. Patricia est prévenante et tres disponible.Vacances réussies!

We rented villa Juan Miguel during the autumn vacation. The house is exactly as described and displayed on this site. Our stay was very nice. Everything is very neat, clean, modern and works well. We still had lovely beach weather in late October. The proximity to the beach is a plus point (150 meters from the seawater). The outdoor shower with warm water is delicious. Patricia, the owner of the house, gave us a warm welcome. If necessary, she was easily accessible. She speaks excellent English. In addition to the beach is the supermarket, the bakery, and its several restaurants within walking distance. The city center is also accessible by walking (15 minutes). This house is the best house we have rented for the last 7 years. Hence the 5 stars. There are some small comments. The living space is small plm 50 m2 (but the outdoor space is fine), the parking space is tight and the double bed is tight (plm 135cm). The mattresses are fine too!

Clean, comfortable and by the beach

A really nice property near Denia town centre and only 2 minutes walk to the beach via a private gate. Patricia, the owner, was very welcoming and provided a clean, nicely presented property. The outdoor patio area was shaded by a beautiful tree. We would definitely recommend.

ESTUPENDA CASA PARA TUS VACACIONES

Todos fue perfecto según el anuncio. Con la ubicación indicada llegamos fácilmente. La propietaria nos estaba esperando. Muy simpática y amable nos enseñó la casa y las instalaciones. Y nos explicó donde estaban los supermercados y restaurantes más cercanos. Después nos acompañó hasta la playa que está a 5 minutos. Hemos disfrutado de nuestras vacaciones. Y nuestros perritos también, corriendo por la arena mientras nosotros paseábamos.

Estupenda casa a escasos metros de la playa

Es una casa pequeña pero que dispone de todas las comodidades. No le falta detalle, y todo está muy cuidado y nuevo. El pequeño jardín es estupendo con una barbacoa grande. Y lo mejor de todo la ducha al aire libre con agua caliente. La playa está a pocos metros y se puede ir caminando sin problemas hasta el centro del pueblo. En resumen, muy recomendable.

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE

Excellent séjour passé dans la villa Juan Miguel. Accueil très chaleureux, la description et les photos sont absolument conformes. Tout est accessible sans voiture pour ceux qui le souhaitent, la plage est à 50 mètres. La région est belle, les criques délicieuses, la paella fameuse du restaurant "les Monges" à Dénia. A refaire !

Es una casa que está muy cerca del centro del pueblo. llegas en unos minutos a pie. está pegada a una playa de arena por la que puedes caminar kilómetros en esta época del año en la que hay poca gente...Es una casa pequeñita y coqueta en la que es muy fácil vivir. Comer al sol en el jardín en pleno diciembre fue una delicia....Las gentes de Denia son muy amables y el pueblo tranquilo en estas fechas del año, pero con su peculiar vida día a día sin turistas...En definitiva...una estancia muy tranquila y agradable. lo que buscabamos

Perfecto lugar para disfrutar en sus vacaciones

LLegamos a la hora acordada y la propietaria, Ika muy servicial y simpática nos estaba esperando, Había encendido la calefacción y la casa estaba muy acogedora, nada te defrauda más bien te sorprende, muy limpia y bien cuidada. La cocina muy bien equipada. Y a pesar de ser Noviembre pudimos disfrutar de la terrada los días soleados. En cuanto a la ubicación decir que es excelente. A pocos minutos de la playa con acceso directo,donde pueden hacer largos paseos junto al mar. Cerca de todos los servicios y a 700 m de la ciudad como bien indican en el anuncio.La pequeña urbanización con 5 viviendas es muy tranquila y familiar, durante nuestra estancia, coincidimos con un encantador matrimonio Belga, con lo que hicimos buena amistad. No os perdáis unas vacaciones en Villa Juan Miguel, os encantará.

Die Villa Juan Miguel ist sauber, gepflegt und die Nähe des Meers ist ideal, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen .Frau Ika und Patricia kümmern sich hervorragend um die Gäste. Besonders die schöne,teilweise überdachte Terrasse lädt zu stundenlangen Aufenthalten von früh morgens bis spät abends ein.Leider hatten wir schlechtes Wetter, doch wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.

Die Villa Juan Miguel ist ein gut eingerichtetes, sauberes und gepflegtes Haus. Auch die wunderbare Terrasse lädt zu stundenlangen Aufenthalten von morgens bis abends ein. Pasamos unos días muy agradables en la casa. Reúne todas las condiciones para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Esta muy cuidada y limpia, los colchones muy cómodos y con todo lo necesario. La parte del porche, terraza es tal y como se ve en las fotos, estupenda. La ubicación es perfecta, el acceso directo a la playa, supermercado a unos metros, restaurantes y el centro caminando a unos diez minutos. Por último, tanto las fotos como la descripción de la finca corresponden a la realidad. La propietaria, Ika, encantadora. Volveremos!.

Dieses wunderbar gelegene Feriendomizil befindet

Dieses wunderbar gelegene Feriendomizil befindet sich in Els Poblets, Denia. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch das Stadtzentrum von Denia lässt sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand ist zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Häuschen selbst ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man es kennen lernt. Die Küche hat eine normale Grundausstattung, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Die Bilder des Hauses geben sehr gut das Ambiente wider. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Eigentümer ist besonders hervorzuheben, sie sind jederzeit zu erreichen und ermöglichen einen bestmöglichen Urlaub! Alles in Allem ist dieses Haus besonders zu empfehlen, wir haben die Zeit über die Maßen genossen. Janet y Thomas

Unser Aufenthalt in Denia war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist liebevoll und Top. Leider konnten wir die wunderschöne Terasse wegen kaltem Wetter nicht geniessen. Die Vermieterin Frau Ika und Patricia waren sehr freundlich und absolut vertrauenswürdig. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfelen.

Die Villa ist perfekt

Das Haus passt sehr gut für den ruhigen Familienurlaub. Alle Angaben im Online-Inserat sind korrekt, das Haus hat sehr gute Ausstattung, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Bäckerei sind in der Nähe. Der Strand ist geräumig und in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann keine Nachteile nennen, aber als Vorteile kann ich strahlende Sauberkeit und sehr nette Vermieterin hinzufügen:)

Estupendas vacaciones en este pequeño, pero acogedor chalet excelentemente ubicado, bien equipado y muy limpio. A tan solo 2 minutos de la playa de arena y a 10 minutos de la ciudad Denia. Los propietarios le ayudaran en todo lo que necesiten y les harán sentirse como en su propia casa. Disfrutamos de nuestras cenas al aire libre y de la barbacoa. La urbanización es realmente tranquila. Así que os recomiendo la casa a todos. T.B.
