We had a poolside room and the room was sensational. The staff very helpful and friendly. The spa is amazing and very reasonably priced. Restaurant food is very good. The only concerns are: The buffet breakfast is limited. There is only a small selection but its decent. The walking distance to the main part of sanur is a little walk. Some along the highway They do not run a room tab. You must pay as you use the restaurant or any amenities.

It was good but only stayed one night. The staff took a bit of time sorting out for me to pay. Eventually, they worked it out and was very helpful. I had intended to pay them on arrival but as it turned out very hard to change certain currency, so I could not pay cash. All staff were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, it rained most of the 24 hours I stayed so I could not use their swimming pool. Room was large and clean. Though not much sun. Breakfast was good and enough choices for me to be fulfilled.

Room with pool view was lovely. Very quiet area. Rooms really large and beds were so comfy. I could not fault this hotel. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Only thing is that there were restaurants across road and you could not access them across the busy hiway. These restaurants should have service from Grand Palace to their restaurants. Could not order taxi for 200 m ride. It would benefit these restaurants as they were really good.

Nice hotel in sub- standard area

Nice hotel in good condition, great helpful and respectful staff. Lovely pool and restaurant with quality food at reasonable prices. A 20 minute walk to beach area and long seawalk. The only negative is the surrounding area, which has very poor to non-existent sidewalks on a very busy, scruffy street.

We loved our stay here as it's a convenient walk to the Sanur Sindhu market, restaurants, massage, etc. The staff is great, the buffet breakfast is excellent, and the beds are cozy. The hotel is gorgeous and has AC, a big pool, restaurant, and an elevator. The airport is only a 30 minute drive. We will definitely stay here upon our return to Bali.
