Amazing stay at Maya. Our 2nd stay at the Maya in last 2 years, Resort is beautiful ,staff amazing,rooms lagoon access incredible,our 10 year old son loved the pool access room. The resort is a full 5 stars in regards to simply everything, the resort is smaller than the other 5 star resorts in sanur,but much more intimate and the size just perfect. Location,either beach side walking path,and then street side with spas, restaurants, bars everywhere. We fully recommend the Maya,been to Bali 5 times over 25 years and Sanur by far the best location in Bali.

This is a good 5 star choice located on the Hyatt Regency beach strip. Really it is a competitor with the Hyatt but with much classier rooms - especially if you book the Impressive Suites and above. Some rooms have their own pool $$$. The service is terrific and, importantly, the aircon is adjustable. The family pool is not quite big enough in our view. And the hotel is on a very narrow block - unlike the sprawling Hyatt a few doors up. The service is impeccable and a great restaurant. Good for kids/families who seem to be everywhere. What it doesn't have is an 'adults only' pool in a quiet area. That would be nice. Overall, 5 stars because of the rooms, service and restaurant.

We loved this hotel. The pools are a huge highlight, as is the spa. Amazing breakfast and walkable to the mall and many shops and restaurants. The rooms are incredible and everything is so clean. Would hugely recommend this hotel.

Maya Perfection! Nothing to fault with this incredible place. The beach location is perfect, staff are friendly and attentive, rooms are modern and of a high standard, grounds are perfectly maintained, oh and that lagoon pool was so dreamy! My wife and I arrived on our wedding anniversary so they upgraded our room to a lagoon suite and left us some sweet treats in our room which was a thoughtful touch. Happy hour at the tree house bar was a great way to spend the afternoon and the buffet breakfast was an incredible spread. There’s no doubt we will be staying at the Maya again!
