The couch in the suite has a rip on side closer to wall and stains. There was hair on wall and floor upon arrival, and during check out there was a cricket in the bathroom. The shower steam caused the smoke alarm to sound. That was mind boggling. The front desk attendant came to the room to check if we were smoking. We do not smoke.

A/C set to 72 deg and could not be set. would go to 68 then would rise to 72. The staff couldn’t help. The phone had a message that couldn’t be cancelled even by the front desk. so we had to unplug the phone. Everything else was new and nice
