Nice place

Wonderful front desk staff. Lots of parking for trailers as well. Walking fast food options. Rooms did smell like weed. This is one of out favorite places to stay as we enjoy the patio.

I’ll sum everything up as short as possible. At check in, we were give a room that was under maintenance. We asked for a different room. Was given a new room. Hotel manager knocks on our door, says the guy who stayed in our room the night before, left his shoes. I didn’t see shoes when we walked in. Found out, the shoes were in the drawers. Three pairs! Why didn’t housekeeping catch that? They also didn’t clean the drawers after collecting the shoes. Manager offered me points for the inconvenience of the shoes. Day two, asked for towels from manager in the morning. Came back in the afternoon to no towels. I called front desk. They said they’d be right down. An hour later, I went to the front desk to ask for towels. They said they’re coming. They did eventually show up. Was rushed to get cleaned up for reservations we made. Hotel is under construction. Seems like communication with housekeeping isn’t the best. Was disappointed in our experience.

Deeply disappointing

There was a power outage that resulted in multiple amenities being unavailable. Most upsetting was the hot water for bathing. When we notified the front desk that night, they apologized and said in the morning they could ask the manager to give us points. On our way out we followed up with the front desk, they offered us “complementary coffee” (most hotels provide free coffee to guests….) when we refused this and mentioned the points, she offered us 2,000 points. Defeated, we accepted this basically useless gesture. It takes at least 5,000 points to have a reasonable discount, and it takes 72hrs for the points to apply. Making it useless for our next night of travel. A hot/warm shower is a basic expectation and this location is supposedly “Premier.”

Booked 2 nights, first night I got to the property at 1am tired and went to bed, woke up and found ants on my kids bed and around the countertop, no help was provided or refund, we ended up getting a different hotel and lost the reservation money, I have pictures and videos of the ants in the room, also they never let us know the hotel was under remodeling, maybe that’s were the ants came from !
