Beautiful hotel! Felt like a 5 star stay. Everything from the friendly staff to the wonderfully designed rooms was amazing. Appreciated the small amenities that really made a difference, the hot tubs, beautiful common areas, nice gym, use of vespas/bikes/scooters, and thoughtful and unique breakfast. Would come back to Denver just to stay here!

The check in process was arduous at best. There was a line of people trying to use the check in machine and apparently it wasn't working properly. It made for a very extensive wait time and for that reason, we probably won't return.

Not great for the price point

There was a dishwasher in the room that didn’t work. The projector didn’t work and there were no instructions. Booked on Hotels.com and it said there was on-site parking, there was valet or a building two blocks away. Valet was 50+ dollars per night. Self check in, just felt like they didn’t want anything to do with helping us when we arrived. Overall, for the price point, I think there are far better options out there.

This was a fun unique hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The lofted bed was a little tricky and tiresome after a few days but the use of space in the room made it worth it.

overall disappointing

I was excited to stay at this hotel as it looked really cool online, but it makes a poor first impression with a "self check-in" process where you fight with a few iPads that don't work well or freeze up and then have to go find a human to check you in. There's a mysterious $30 "service fee" added to your night's stay, which I asked about: it covers access to the hot tub and coffee in the morning. Hmmm. The pillows are uncomfortable and the room thermostat wouldn't go below 68 degrees so it was pretty hot and stuffy in there (the windows don't open). We had to figure out the wifi situation on our own as it's not written on your card key envelope and there is no human welcoming you to the hotel (poor business model). This area of Denver is far away from downtown and under construction and not that nice. There's a $54 fee for parking and a $75 fee for pets. Overall, very pricey. On the upside, the coffee in the morning was pretty good.

The room was very cool, clean and unique. I thought the check in/check out experience was a bit confusing, but I was able to figure it out. There was also a $30 charge when you checked out that was not stated up front, and that was disappointing.

Notes from a cleaning lady

Price was crazy I ended up paying upwards of $500 for one night(I was comfortable spending $300) the valet should be free if you pay $300 for a night stay. The room and vibe of the hotel was perfect! Beds very comfy & cozy. Huge downfall was the cleanliness for me. The cleaning service needs to step it up in the bathrooms mainly. I was highly dissatisfied having to clean the bathroom before I felt comfortable enough getting ready for our dinner reservations.
