When you stay here, you'll have exclusive use of the upstairs-unit of this up/down style duplex with your own dedicated entrance and direct access. Additionally, the driveway is shared with with both the upper-level and lower-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. The downstairs unit is also a rental and there will likely be guests staying there at the same time as you.

Please note that some outbuildings on the property, such as commercial garages, cars, and trailers, will not be accessible to guests.

Our four bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The first bedroom features a King-size bed, work desk with chair, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms are equipped with King beds, cozy linens, plenty of storage options, and distinguished decor in each room.

Our two bathrooms provide space for all guests to get ready. Both bathrooms feature fresh towels, hair dryers, storage space, and shampoo conditioner and body wash. The ensuite bathroom is a walk in shower. The hallway bathroom is a shower/tub combo.

🌟🌟 KITCHEN & LIVING ROOMS 🌟🌟
An ultra-modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary tools and bakeware to cook a delicious meal. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea from the coffee bar. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is located in the kitchen. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area, offering seating for six, perfect for enjoying a meal and spending time together.

Adjacent to the dining area is the bright and welcoming living room, equipped with a 65" SmartTV. Log in to your accounts and stream your favorite shows with the fast, free Wi-Fi.

For a more lively atmosphere head to the game room, equipped with shuffleboard, ring toss, and brand new bar seating to watch your favorite team on game day.

Guests have exclusive access to a back deck accessible from the bedrooms, complete with patio furniture, a grill, giant jenga, and giant connect four, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Enjoy the outdoor firepit in front of the home, and take on a game of cornhole.

The home is situated on the outskirts of Denver's city limits, featuring a large driveway with plenty of parking space.

East Denver offers a wide range of transit options, whether you prefer to ride the bus, light rail or drive. In addition to bus routes, the area also has access to light rail service through the RTD's Denver Light Rail system. This makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that East Denver has to offer. The nearest station to the home is located within a short distance and can be reached by bus or bike.

Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area, providing another convenient option for transportation.

Please be aware that this unit is the upper-suite of an up/down duplex, and the downstairs unit is also available for rent by other guests or by your group. Additionally, the driveway is shared by both the upper-level and the lower-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. Each unit has its own dedicated entrance. We have a noise monitoring system installed inside the home. Please note these devices do not record audio of any kind but do notify us when high noise levels are reached.
