The fridge is a prop, it doesn't actually keep anything cold, milk will go bad in a few hours, and they intentionally got fridges that can not be adjusted. That says it all about how this corporate hotel feels about it's guests: We don't care about your comfort, our goal is to squeeze every last cent out of you, even if it means having "refrigerators" that don't work because they cost less to operate that way." No one wants drinks 1 degree lower than the room temp. Just trashy, cheap, greedy corporate slop. The chair will fall over if you sit back gently, the hallways stink, this place clearly thinks that being by the stadium is ALL they need to do, and the guests that stay here when there is a game won't care because they're all drunk meat head football fans. That is so definitely the logic that went on when they designed this place. Don't let the picture of the fire pit fool you, that's a prop that is never operational also. They should call this The Bait and Switch hotel for football drunks that we hate.

We were in town for the weekend to go to the Broncos/Chargers game. We flew in from LA and wanted to stay close to the stadium. This Courtyard Marriott was the perfect place. They even hosted a tailgate party on the rooftop bar area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All of the staff that we encountered were very warm, friendly and hospitable. There is one superstar employee that we stood out to both of us. Her name is Jackie. She greeted us Saturday evening at the bar and was super friendly and was working a full bar. Then in the early morning I was surprised to see her working again when I got my coffee. In the afternoon before the game started she was working the tailgate party and when we returned from the game she was working the bar again! We ordered dinner and drinks and she was fantastic! She’s a happy and hardworking woman. She deserves to be recognized for her strong work ethic. She’s super friendly too, so if you’re staying here go on down and get some drinks

Had some staff calling other staff members the N word then that staff member was almost yelling it repeating it to the managers in front of everyone. They didn’t have any parking but the lot that it’s sitting on they were renting out. 3 am there was noise upstairs. The one good thing thankfully the manager got us a 2 bed instead of one bed. That was the only good thing about our stay..
