This home may be listed for sale during your stay. If a showing is requested, we’ll always give at least 24 hours’ notice and check with you first. Showings are completely optional and only happen with your approval. They’re typically quick (about 15 minutes), and a licensed real estate agent will be present the entire time. No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!

Parking was good, WiFi good, most was clean,mold in grout in showers. Hot water to tub faucet difficult to get, not in normal hot water location of control. Floors are vey noisy and uneven. Floor vent outside large bedroon broken. Faint wiff of cigarette smoke in larger bedroom.No remote to bedroom TV, when used other remote, went on but never connected. (Tried x1)

The location of this house was convenient for our stay and the plans that we had for the weekend. The neighborhood is not the greatest. One neighbor is a standard house and property. The other neighbors property is not well kept. Looking out the windows, you see rundown trailers, a ton of trash and quite the collection of bicycles among lots of other things. While this host has no control over the neighbors, none of the reviews mention the surrounding area. The host communicated frequently which was great.

The house and area is sweet. Dumpster was never picked up, for 2 weeks. The house is neat and clean, laundry inside is very convenient. Back yard is fenced, but there was two areas that were open, so need to pay attention. Back step from house was about 9 inches hard to get outside, no railing. Nice sitting area. With a small set of chairs and couch.

Excellent place to stay! The location was very convenient and we were successful gong to all our excursions in Denver/Golden! Close to the airport, freeway entrances/exits and nearby shopping centers for groceries and other shopping needs. Bedrooms were spacious and tidy. Bathrooms clean and tidy as well. The refrigerator, coffee machine, washer and dryer was perfect!Overall, we rate highly based on the property’s favorable area, clean spacious rooms, up-to-date tv, washer/dryer, clean towels and bedsheets. Perhaps more not mentioned as we can’t think of any at this moment.Very happy with our stay!

House was clean. Had good air conditioning. Some things need work inside the house like drain plugs for the bath wasn’t working to give kids a bath, doors sticking and a closet door to the hot water heater was off hinges. Host Jeff was communicative and great himself. The location/area is not family friendly and it is not a quiet neighborhood.

It says 4 bedrooms but one room had nothing in it but a blow up mattress with no pump. Luckily we didn’t need the additional bedroom, but could have used it. The AC never cooled the house when it was 85-95 outside. When it was mentioned after we tried to cool it down, we were told an HVAC guy would come but at 900 at night he didn’t even know if he showed up. We left early and didn’t stay the last 3 nights because it was so hot. Trying to get reimbursed was a nightmare and the amount was unsatisfactory. We were not offered an alternative solution and there were not fans in the house. Unless th weather is perfect, my guess is you will either sweat like crazy or freeze to death. When I attempted to email the host, it was always “let me find out” or “I’ll follow up shortly” or “I’ll provide an update soon” or anything similar, but the “follow up” never happened unless I reached out. Then come to find out, this house was for sale, which makes you think he didn’t really care because we were the last ones to stay as a VRBO property because we couldn’t search for it on the app anymore. If I go to Denver again, I will not stay at a property where he is the host.

The owner is very attentive. Quiet neighborhood with exception of noisy pickup trucks next door. Most of the doors don’t close due to house settling. Overall clean and comfortable and close to most things. Great value.

House is fine, but….

The host was great and communicated well with me when we had any issues. We did run into a few issues during our stay. The shared bathroom doors did not close, the platform from the back door has warped wood and when you step on it, it feels like it could break. We had a ringing in the house the last night of our stay. The shower only worked on hot, if you turned it down there would be no pressure. The description reads as 3 kings and a bonus room, but there are 3 bedrooms and our friend had to sleep on the couch since there wasn’t a bonus room as described.
