My visit was short, but it began by a very welcoming staff at the front desk. He quickly checked me in and explained the hotel design. This made it easy to choose my parking spot near my room, and I was soon settled in my room. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and the neighbors were quiet! I had a fabulous stay!!

I requested housekeeping 4 times during our 4 night stay..never happened..sink in bathroom was clogged..noisy guests..bad customer service..many times no one at the front desk..front desk manager denied our refund request..general manager of hotel approved a full refund.

Love this hotel!

I’ve stayed here twice, both times heading to Red Rocks. I truly love this hotel! Never crazy busy, but so clean and everyone is friendly. So close to many restaurants, and Red Rocks is less than a 15 min drive!
