The stay was great for the price point and being a 10 min walk from the LRT station also makes going into downtown easy and affordable. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff as everyone was friendly, resourceful and respectful.

The fire alarm turned on at 5am and impacted our stay. It took around 45 minutes to clear access to the rooms. Then the alarm was randomly activating. They said it was the motor of the elevator, but all the elevators were working. Not sure if I can believe that. No apology or any credit because of the impact.

The room was fine but checkin staff unfriendly. Breakfast was bad and breakfast was a mess with food spilling on counter everywhere and staff did not bother to clean up. Will not be returning, many better options in the area
