One of the elevators isn’t working. It takes forever and nobody is working on the problem. The breakfast area was so unsanitary and disgusting that I completely lost my appetite. At 9:00 am they had these fake cold watery eggs, no bread or bagels, and there was waffle batter all over the place. Trash was overflowing in every trash can. The floor was gross and sticky. Everyone’s hands are touching the plastic utensils because they’re stuffed in these containers. The cereal dispenser looked like children were just dumping cereal with no bowls underneath. Every table was dirty. I will be notifying the health department because this place needs to be held accountable for its lack of concern for its guests. I literally had to tell the guy who checked us in at the front desk that when a guest arrives he needs to greet them or maybe find a different job. This place needs a lot of help.

The parking was nice however on the website it says parking but doesn’t mention you pay $45 per day for valet parking. Also, the pool made my girls eyes burn after swimming for just 5 minutes. There is another hotel with the same name just a few blocks away. We mistakenly went to the wrong one. They should consider changing the name since the front desk person said it happens all the time! It was clean. Overall a good stay.

Good clean rooms, parking not included in rooms but breakfast is. One of the elevators was out of service making for long waits and crowded elevators. Staff was friendly rooms were very nice. Overall pleased with our stay.

Good stay, great location. Room was perfect for a weekend stay. Only complaint is that the beds very hard, prob the hardest I’ve been in in a hotel setting. Be aware parking is extra unless you find street/meter parking. Staff helpful when asked for extras.

This place was amazing, they had great customer service, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Surprisingly- this was the only place I've stayed at with Valet parking. Keep in mind that if you have a dog, the potty areas for your pups are pretty spread out/not super close to the building itself. If you have a dog with potty issues or have limited mobility you may want to see about requesting a room near the elevators OR on one of the lower floors for convenience.
