The room was fine, but the check-in process was the worse I’ve ever experienced. It took almost two hours to get us into our rooms and we were not given key cards, security had to open the door for us so we could not even leave the room until the next morning when key cards were delivered. Additionally the lock battery on the door had died so we had to wait another 20-30 minutes while security got the door open and recharged the battery. Aside from then check-in process the stay was to be as expected.

The hotel location was great. The lobby and room were nice. The only complaints were about parking and you can hear all the traffic noises outside when trying to sleep.
