Almost perfect!

This is the second year in a row I chose this hotel when coming to a conference. I do so because of the location, comfort, delivery storage, and the swimming pool. Two issues caused my rating to go down one star. The first was that the pool was unavailable for two days without previous notice, and the second was that the hotel did not provide a locked room to store the luggage after checkout. I find this insecure, so I asked about keeping mine in a locked storage room. The staff was not too helpful, but in the end, they did. The bad surprise was that they could not (or did not want to) close the room. Imo, this is not acceptable.
