I booked this room specifically to take my granddaughter swimming and the pool pictures were perfect. When we arrived we were notified that the pool and hot tub were not open for use. I think we should have gotten some kind of compensation for this big disappointment!

Only downside of this hotel was not getting a refund for 2 of the three nights we had to cancel weeks in advance as our travel plans changed. We had reached out through Expedia to inquire about making the change and there was no response from the hotel. We went ahead and cancelled days 2-3 directly with the hotel. But no refund was granted. If it weren’t for this very concerning issue, we would have easily given 5 stars. Would resubmit a 5 star rating if the issue were resolved favorably.

AC was going out in living room area, but bedroom had AC, staff offered to move us to a new room, but we were already unpacked and so sore from moving out of house all day we just decided to stay. The staff fixed the AC right away in the morning. Happy with staff and their willingness to try and work things out for us.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at! The rooms are set up perfectly for couples or families. The continental breakfast was the best I have ever seen. We will forever be staying at Homewood suites from this point forward!

The hotel was good. The issue was on the day we arrived, there was no hot water at all for 24 hours. We understand that things can break. The problem was that none of the guests were warned. That was unacceptable. We spoke to the front desk the following morning regarding this and they said they were told as the night management left. We all were freezing from the surprise showers. Many guests were complaining. No other issue.
