This hotel itself is nice, but the staff makes it not somewhere I would recommend and I will not stay again! We have given them several tries as we travel to the area and use the airport often, but every single time that we go there is an issue with them charging our card, that they make you let them hold for incidentals... We have had this happen now three times and yes.. I should have learned my lesson after the first time, but I thought maybe it was an actual accident, but then the second time I guess after hearing that it was a training issue I gave them a third chance, reluctantly, but yet again.. paid through the 3rd party and they charge my husbands card.. they were rude when I called them on it and told me the refunded but refused to send me a receipt to show that they had. I called several times, got Expedia involved and still got no receipt until I got this really nice lady on the phone and she did the refund and sent me a receipt all in about 5 minutes with no argument. She said I see right here what happened and fixed it with ease.. she honestly deserves 5 stars but the others sadly outweigh her... So if you want the hassle of fighting with them then stay here.. hotel itself is great so if you aren't using a 3rd party to book then I am sure it would be fine.. just be aware if you do use the 3rd party booking that this will likely happen to you as well!
