Our policy is to require guests to make a $500 deposit. This will be a hold on your card for the duration of your stay. We will also require you to sign a Rental Agreement. If you fail to sign the Rental Agreement or the Deposit, you will not be given access to the property and you will not receive a refund for your stay.

Guest Access:
The house key is in the lockbox. You will receive the code when you arrive. There are two external doors, and two external sliding windows.

Other Things to Note:
You will be required to provide identification for all adults staying at the home more than 7 days out of every 30.

You will be required to sign a month-to-month lease under Colorado law.

Cleaners will visit once a week to maintain a spotless environment, and laundry service accommodates up to two large bags per week—no extra coordination required! These thoughtful additions are designed to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.
