Room had dirty walls and there was dirty linen on the bed , also room had dirty dishs in the cabinet and the room didnt have alot of dish soap left in bottle , also the frame of the bed felt broken .

There were cockroaches in the room. They have clearly been there long enough to not fear the light or people, because they did not run away. There was a bright, neon pink nipple piercing in the middle of the floor. Sticky spots and trash on the floor, on the table, and on the beds. If you can afford to stay anywhere else, do NOT book with this hotel.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good. I only have 2 complaints, one being the sofa pull out mattress being very thin and comfortable. My second issue came with the overwhelming fragrance from air fresheners used, it caused our family headaches. Other then that for the price and location, we enjoyed our stay.

the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good but Sunday night our vehicle and at least 8 others had windows smashed and items stolen. this has happened before according to the front desk person if it has happened before why dont they have better lighting and cameras i would have stayed there again and would recommand it except for this

For a last minute same day check in on the surface was good however the small hidden fees were not what we were used to. Price: I understand hotels often need a deposit to put on hold for the card mainstay needing $100/per room plus the additional $25 pet fee our $216 stay turned into $441 for one night. Rooms: Cleanliness is very important for these kinds of establishments, however getting a migraine and feeling nauseous during the entire stay is not what we hoped in exchange for a clean room. From the moment we entered the room we just got hit with the scent of cleaning chemicals, maybe you could look past it but we were traveling with kids and they started feeling sick the longer they were in the room. Overall 3.5/5

I would of gave it a 5 star, but we stayed here for 2 days for the game. I would think housekeeping would of came on the second day to get trash cans and put new towels. After the game we came back to our room everything was the same a lil disappointed, trash was full still and no clean towels. Overall everything else was great.

Everything was good until the day of check out. I walked into the restroom and was using the toilet and I look down there was cockroach. I tried to call the front desk but guess what? My phone did not work in the room. It looked like there were buttons missing. Also I had a hard time getting the water Luke warm it stayed at mostly hot. I told the girl at the front desk and she just told me I will tell the manager. I also sent a picture of the cockroach to the email posted at the front desk.
