Tilava koti 2. 4 hehtaarin päässä Lookout-vuoren yksityisestä osasta, josta on näkymät jokaisesta huoneesta, joka on yli 7 000 metrin korkeudessa. Omistajat asuvat yläkerrassa ja alatason yksikkö on omavarainen. Vieraspysäköinti 2-3 autolle, jalkakäytävällä oma sisäänkäynti.
2400 neliön jalan huoneistossa on täysi pesutupa, täydellinen avokeittiö / baari, 2 kannet ja loistava solupeitto.
Valtava pelihuone sisältää 55 tuuman älytelevision, täysikokoisen biljardipöydän, shuffle-pöydän, foosball-pöydän ja tilaa tilaa.
Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, valtava vaatehuone, kirjoituspöytä ja työtilat, älykäs TV ja täysi kylpyamme.
Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 täysikokoista vuodetta, vaatehuone, kirjoituspöytä ja lukualue.
Kaivovesi on erinomainen juominen.
Apex Park maastopyöräily ja jalka polku vain jalat kotioveltasi. Red Rocks -konsertit, Kultakaupunki ja Evergreen ovat vain 10 minuutin päässä.
Denverin kansainvälinen lentokenttä on 40 minuutin ajomatka.
Loveland, Winter Park ja Arapaho Basin hiihtoalueet ovat kaikki tunnin ajomatkan päässä. Kupari ja Keystone ovat hiukan kauempana, mutta toteutettavissa.
Hirvien, kolibroiden (kesällä), hirvien, kalkkunoiden ja haukkojen usein villieläinten havainnot satunnaisesti kojootin tai mustan karhun kanssa.

What an incredible stay! Geri and Tom are excellent hosts and their property has gurgeous views! The refrigerator was stocked well, with eggs, coffee, half and half, butter, milk, soda, beer and so mulch more. All roads to the house are paved and easy to navigate. Denver and Golden are close by and a quick drive. We were in town for a concert st Red Rocks on Labor Day Weekend and their place made a perfect base for our visit. They have hummingbird feeders on the porch, making for great entertainment! Lots of activities to do at the house, shuffle board, pool and darts. Lots of movies on dvd and great WiFi. You can hike right out the backyard on the Apex Trail. Fully stocked kitchen and views you can’t find anywhere else. We highly recommend that anyone visiting the area book this beautiful space!

The list of beautiful things about this property is too long. Beauty of property and grounds, fun games inside, elk and rainbows outside, THE VIEW especially at night!! Location was amazing, close to hikes and breweries and checking out towns. So so clean. Having breakfast items in the fridge was absolutely outstanding. Not having to grocery shop before getting there was so nice. I love this place. You can tell they love their property and people. Don't think twice about booking.

Great Spot for Red Rocks

The house was great. Nice view, spacious, with a stocked refrigerator.If you are going to a concert at Red Rocks this is not THE closest but it is close and a great choice.

Beautiful property!

We had 4 adults staying at Tom and Geri’s property for 4 days in June. The house itself has everything you need - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, huge laundry area, great patio and a game room. The views from the patio were unbelievable! There are hiking trails right next to the property too, so we were able to really enjoy the area!We had tickets to a red rocks show, and the house was only 15 minutes away, which was so convenient!We were able to chat with Tom for while and he was such a nice guy! We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

a stay above the clouds

we came here because it was red rocks adjacent (12 min drive) but found it to be so rejuvenating, and the view blew us away. an easy drive into denver, an even shorter drive into golden proper. everything was very cozy, and we loved watching the hummingbirds. we enjoyed the stocked media closet of vhs/dvds classics. so many hikes within a 30-45 minute drive, including evergreen which was lovely.

Red Rocks Concert Getaway

This is the perfect getaway with tons to do nearby, such as visiting Denver, Golden, Red Rocks and Lookout Mountain Overlook. The hosts were super accommodating, with easy checkin and checkout and had several needed items already in the fridge. They even refilled the hummingbird feeder halfway through our stay so we could keep enjoying our daily hummingbird visitors. We will definitely stay again should we come back for another concert at Red Rocks.

Concert Weekend

We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks. This was a perfect location to stay. We had easy access to Morrison and Golden. The house is wonderful and well stocked with everything you would need. The view from the porch is amazing. The owners were great.

The owners and property were perfect for out needs. We spent three nights at the property. We were traveling for a concert at Redrocks and exploring for the other days. The property was clean and comfortable and the owner had everything you could imagine for our stay. The owners were also very helpful with recommendations on where to explore. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be coming back in the future.

This was our first time staying in Golden and it was gorgeous! I’ve never seen so much wildlife and beauty straight off of the front porch. We will definitely stay here again. The owners were very helpful and communicative, 10/10 recommend this property!

PERFECT! Just as described!!

The views are amazing but the wildlife and the trails close by are fantastic. The place is equipped with everything you need, we had a lot of fun trying to play shuffleboard. Can't wait to visit again.

18th birthday get away

I brought my son and his friend to Denver to see a concert. Neither of the boys are big city people so we opted for a house in the mountains. We were all blown away when we got to the top of the mountain and saw the view of the city below. Breathtaking. The house was beautiful and all of the first morning essentials were in the fridge for us when we got there. We will be back !

Wonderful Christmas Break

We arrived on Christmas evening amidst an unanticipated snow flurry, after dark. With the flurries, darkness and unfamiliarity with the neighborhood we somehow ended up in a neighbors property, off the road and unable to get out! A phone call to Geri and Tim resulted in them jumping into their vehicle to come retrieve us and our luggage, knowing we could get the car in the morning. They went above and beyond and we were so very grateful.The rest of our stay was quite uneventful, which was very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at their home, which had everything we needed. There were supplies for breakfast in the fridge which was so appreciated. The view is incredible and I would highly recommend staying in their home. A king size bed in the master bedroom would be an excellent addition for those used to king size and there is plenty of room. We would stay there again!!

Starry Night

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and style. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with a prime location that gave us easy access to the breathtaking Rocky Mountains and the vibrant energy of Denver. The view from the house was amazing and the view sparked with the lights of Denver. We can’t recommend this place highly enough—it’s a gem. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Everything advertised and more!

The accommodations are exactly as advertised. Owners Geri and Tom are truly nice, caring people. Our arrival coincided with a somewhat stubborn snow storm that made driving challenging. Geri reached out a day or two early to warn us. I have experience in east coast snow, and we had rented an AWD vehicle, at Geri’s insistence. So no problem there. We arrived to find them salting and shoveling, and they were very relieved that we arrived Unscathed. The concern was sincere, not about the rental but rather about us. We were touched and it is heartwarming to find that care and concern in today’s atmosphere. Can I leave six stars?

great location

we enjoyed this apartment, and the location. views are great as advertised. there are also hiking trails right near the house. the hosts we welcoming, and helpful with information. it snowed while we were there and the hosts had the driveway and walkways cleared promptly.

Serenity, Peace and Views

What a jewel in the hills above Golden, CO!! The pics on line don't do this place justice. We arrived around 1:30 am and the directions from the owner were perfect and easy to navigate. The next morning we awoke to find a refrigerator pretty much ready to 'serve' anything we needed to get our day going... not your ordinary VRBO hosts. With a schedule crushed for a bit of time, we found this to be a life saver. The home was absolutely lovely and peaceful and quiet. Wonderful spaces to play pool, shuffleboard and more. or just sit, relax and enjoy a good book and a cup of coffee. The views over the city are in a league of their own and this place will bring us back to the Denver area, just because. So central to the mountains, the city and just about wherever you want to roam, the hostess was fabulous to work with, easy to communicate with and gracious in her generosity. Great place for couples, a family or a group of friends to come and chill. it doesn't deserve 5 stars, it deserves 8!!!
