Really nice property and great communication from Mint House. Unit itself had dirty glasses and kitchen surfaces. But the rest of the unit seemed clean. Very pretty view and comfortable bed and pull out sofa. All in all a good value and a nice stay in a great location.

Nice room and quite affordable for the value. Disappointed in the last minute notice of no pool (which was a factor in deciding where to stay) with no recompense, and the door code upon arrival did not work and I had to call to get a new one. Also, the espresso machine in the lobby did not work, and according to the staff downstairs, this does not seem like a rare occurrence. Minor hiccups, but overall a pleasant stay. Nice to have Whole Foods nearby, beds were comfortable.

Convenient home away from home!

Mint House was perfect for my downtown Denver stay. Apartment was quiet, spacious and clean with everything I needed. Short walk from Union Station, across the street from Whole Foods, and easy walk to end of 16 Street Shuttle. They had beer and kombucha on tap each day a s snacks from time to time in the lobby for most of my stay.
