Location and building were fabulous. Easy walk.to Union Sation where we caught the Red Rocks.shuttle. Tons of dining options and Larimer Square shopping close by. Park is also super close with walkable paths. Building was clean, safe and quiet. Apartment was roomy and comfortable! No complaints. Would stay again in a hearbeat.

Conveniently located by the train station (Amtrak, airport, light rail, …). Contemporary, clean and functional. Full kitchen and spacious bedroom, bathroom and living room. Numerous bars and restaurants in proximity and a large Whole Foods grocery store across the street.

Clean room, GREAT communication and support for questions. Whole Food literally across the street, CVS a block away. 4 blocks to Rockies Baseball stadium. Plenty of restaurants. Train station a block away (I never heard the train once during my stay!). Highly recommend.

Pros: Amazing location, washer and dryer in unit was great. Could not hear neighbors. Cons: Unit showed serious wear and tear. Three of the doors did not close at all, a piece of one of the bathroom ceilings was missing, loose bathroom fixtures, one of the large floor to ceiling windows was missing a shade so we had minimal privacy in the living area.

Love staying here. Same price as a hotel but you get an upscale apartment. I have a terrible back, so beds are super important for me, and this place has very comfortable beds. Not too soft not hard. It’s a couple blocks from the train station so super easy to get to and from the airport. The location feels safer than most areas in downtown.

Mint House was great. Lots of codes for elevator, room to remember but great experience. Make sure to figure out parking at venue. Can be confusing where to park with $50 per day cost
