The first apt I got the hot water wasn’t working, so they moved me to a new apt . That was very thoughtful, I was there do to my mother being in hospice and the lady thing I needed was to worry about taking a shower. I appreciate that they did acknowledge it and make it better

A little disappointment.

The hallway in the building needed work. The baseboards were missing and the carpet stained. The first 3 days of our stay there were 3 bags of garbage next to the elevator. The smell got worse with each day. The condo itself was okay, not wonderful.

Amazing location for the 4th

We could not recommend this location enough! Truly one of our favorite neighborhoods in Denver. Very clean and comfortable, right across the street from the delicious Zuni brewery. Amazing food and cafe options. Only downside is the award winning Mexican restaurant downstairs is gone and being replaced with a Korean hot pot. Not bad, but definitely a little disappointed. Otherwise, perfection.
