Welcome to the Ghetto…impolite & miserable employees, trashy parking lots (dirty needles & burnt tin foil), dirty rooms (nasty AC filter/nasty toilet, dirty common areas (elevator/ice machines). Runs like a bachelor trap house, lots of newly released felons, drug deal went down within the first 15 min of check in. Not a place for kids!

I didn’t know where the pool was and was too tired to go look for it. The room was ok, but the hallways reeked of cigarettes. The gals at the front desk were great, very friendly.

Smelled like weed/cigarette smoke at times, despite the no smoking policy. Definitely times in the hallways this was NOT enforced. Hairs found in towels. No shampoo available. Furnishings seemed outdated, which would be okay if things were well taken care of.

I wish I knew at check in that the rooms with ODD numbers are on the side of the building away from the busy interstate. I have had trouble sleeping every night from hearing traffic as well as a very noisy heating unit in the room. It would be nice to have real creamer, not powdered with the coffee. It would be great to have napkins with the coffee as well.
