Horrible & Discusting place‼️ Should not be allowed to offer any kind of lodging‼️ Filthy inside & out‼️ No blankets for the bed‼️ Had to ask for towels ‼️ The picture isn’t even of this place‼️ False advertising‼️ I want my money back‼️ The bed was right up against the heater which could have caught fire‼️ The worst place ever‼️ Shame on Hotels.com & Radisson to offer this dump‼️

The girl at the front desk was very friendly, however my room was a different story. Entering the room was a challenge because of the door latch, the heater was set at 85 and there was no light bulbs in any of the lamps, the batteries to the remote were even gone… went brought to the attention at the desk I was told “so sorry that happened to you”. No discount nor was there an offer for a refund!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!?

Please DO NOT stay here. This hotel was nasty. Smells, cleanliness is non-existent, just awful. When we checked in, the room hadn't even been cleaned, so they did give us a new one but it still left much to be desired. I made a huge mistake with this booking because I didn't read the reviews beforehand and I only picked by looking at their posted pictures of the room. Very misleading! Never again.

Definitely the old bait and switch!! Rooms DO NOT!! Look like the photos online! They suck you in thinking you are staying at a Radisson hotel when it was a run down motel 6. No comforter on the bed. When I asked for extra pillows because I’m disabled they told me no because people steal them!! The room had lots of flys and every time I would step outside I would always be asked by transient people for a cigarette or a dollar!! Definitely would never book another room there!!!!!

The place was over run with drug dealers . We were literally there for ten minutes and saw two drug deals outside our door . We didn't even stay just grabbed our things and got another hotel. Didn't feel safe leaving my car or sleeping there. On a plus side the lady at the front desk was very nice.
