Great place but needs improvement!

Facility, room and bed were great but information about the stay was fairly vague. The parking situation is not great. There is underground parking available, but $30 a day is way too high. Plus even if you did want the parking, information about purchasing it is also vague and the app is worthless. We ended up usually parking at least a block and half away every night. Also the south end elevator never did work correctly the entire week we were there and forced us to haul our luggage up a half flight of stairs when we left. And one more thing, on our last day there I discovered why the foot rest was located in it's strange location. It was holding the HVAC access door shut!

Very convenient location with a grocery store and several restaurants in walking distance. The courtyard on the 4th floor was beautifully landscaped and a great place to hang out in the early evenings.

The apartment was in a great location and the space of having a 1-bedroom was fantastic. Our biggest issue (and I hope the property takes note and fixes this) is that the window covering (a sheer-ish blind) is not adequate for privacy or safety. During the day, there are no issues because the sunlight from outside does not let people see in. But at night, because the blind is see-through, when you have the lights on inside the room, you can’t really see out, but EVERYONE can completely see in the rooms from the outside. So at night, this means people see you changing your clothes, lying in bed, etc. The same blind is in the living room, so your only choice for privacy is to change your clothes in the pitch black or to go into the bathroom. And especially if you’re on the first floor where people can stand almost right in front of the window, the creepy factor is elevated more. The Sonder app gives you an option for a room cleaning, but as of now, that service is unavailable for this location. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, but you’ll need to purchase your own detergent to wash towels if you’ll be staying longer than a few days. But having that in the unit was very convenient.

Bedding was very clean, room is a proper 1B1B apartment. The apartment is also very new and they even have a in room laundry for free to use. We were able to find street parking, highly recommend this place!

Our room and stay was overall good. The only issue was our room smelt strong like incense was burned and it smelt terrible. They did do a deep clean and it helped make it manageable. The first night it was hard to get used to.

Nice hotel but horrible parking situation

Hotel was pretty standard. Felt clean and bed was comfortable. There’s a full kitchen which would be really nice for a long stay if you don’t want to eat out the whole time. Parking was horrendous. There is limited on-site parking for a high daily charge, so everyone parks on the street. Parking filled up fast and we had to drive multiple laps around the block every time we needed to park. Never found parking very close and had to walk quite a ways to the hotel entrance. Hotel was nice, but don’t think I’d stay here again because of the headache it was to park the car.

It was our first time at the Sonder LoHi apartments. My family and I loved the concept of having the freedom of a hotel with the space and amenities of a home. Both check in and check out were very easy. Our apartment was at a corner, so it had a very nice view. The area surrounding the building was very nice and clean. We walked about 12 minutes to have dinner a very nice Italian restaurant. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy the gym and the swimming pool but took a pick and both looked very nice. We parked on the street because the parking lot fee was a little pricey; other than that it is a perfect place to stay. We definitely recommend it, and will stay there again when we come back to Denver.

We were very happy with our stay at Sonder Skyline Lohi. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was great, and everything felt modern and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay at a Sonder property again!

The place was very clean. It was nice to have our own clothes washer and dryer in our room. The location is in a nice area not too far from downtown. It was quiet. No homeless near by. The curtains do not close out the light at all. I was not sent the garage code and had the wait 45 minutes on hold to get a hold of someone to park my car. The door did not lock when we left to do excursions the first morning and had to leave and hope

Would have liked to have been given a courtesy heads-up that I was parking in the wrong parking spot. That’s all. I had no malicious intent - I thought I was parking in the correct spot. Instead, Sonder just went ahead and towed our car. With my daughter’s softball bag, with all her equipment in it that she needed for the Denver Sparkler softball tournament, in it. Nightmare. Absolute nightmare. My daughter was devastated. All because I was in the wrong row.
