We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.



Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Whether you’re gathering family for the holidays or reconnecting with friends, you’ll find warmth, privacy, and easy access to Denver’s best attractions just a short drive away.

Sleeping arrangements
Together, the two homes sleep up to 16 guests across 10 bedrooms and 11 beds. Home 1 features four king beds and one queen bed, while Home 2 includes four king beds, one queen, and one twin. Each bedroom offers soft linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep. Five full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water, including one with a tub/shower combo.

Indoor comfort
Each home welcomes you with open-plan living areas designed for connection. Curl up on plush sofas for a movie night on Smart TVs, or share a leisurely meal at the dining table after cooking in the fully stocked kitchens. Stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the basics make preparing group meals easy. With two separate kitchens, there’s plenty of room for quiet coffee mornings or family dinners.

Entertainment & family-friendly features
Both homes include game rooms with foosball, darts, giant Connect 4, and board games—perfect for cozy indoor fun during Colorado’s cool autumn and winter evenings. Families will appreciate thoughtful touches like a pack ’n play, high chair, and babysitter recommendations.

You’ll have WiFi, washer and dryer in each home, heating, air conditioning, ceiling and portable fans, and private keypad check-in. Parking is free on premises and on the street.

Set in a quiet corner of Centennial, this retreat keeps you close to local trails and parks, as well as shopping and dining at The Streets at Southglenn, Park Meadows Mall, and the Denver Tech Center. Downtown Denver is only about 20 minutes away, making day trips effortless.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden and will result in a fine no less than $500.
All fireplaces are decorative only, and currently not operable due to fire safety concerns.
