Too expensive for what you get, I get you're in the Rino district but you are a best western as well. All rooms should have at bare minimum a refrigerator and microwave, also ridiculous to charge for what is generally given as a courtesy for early check in late check out and no breakfast. Doubt I would stay here again, only if there were no other options.

Hotel provides a variety of breakfast options. The ones that I ordered were delicious and I really enjoyed the coffee with free refills. There’s a wide variety of alcoholic beverages in the room available for a charge. Hotel has a taco bar on the top floor with a wide variety of options including a delicious turkey with dressing option for the thanksgiving holiday

Stayed one night after a show at Mission Ballroom. It was perfect for what we needed, but it was quite loud as in you could hear everything going on in the hallway (likely due to the lack of carpeting in the rooms) but the location to Mission was top notch and the pillows were VERY comfortable. You did have to park on the street or the parking garage that was about a block away but it wasnt a bad walk and the area is safe

Rooms were nice clean the staff was very good and professional and location was good. Only complaint is the beds were very soft. I personally don’t sleep well on soft beds so had to make the best of that
