The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The shuttle requires 48 hour notice and was not explained before arrival. The parking garage is quite a distance from the hotel. A coffee pot in the room would be beneficial. Breakfast should be explained that it was not included.

Incredible staff, super clean rooms. It’s a very cute hotel. Very close to everything in walking distance in the RiNo neighborhood. It’s only a couple bucks from the 38th and Blake train station which is great if you’re coming from the airport. My two favorite things about this hotel is that the blackout curtain was true blackout. No light leaked in. The other thing was the super comfy bed. I was asleep within 30 seconds of laying down.

The room was clean and the staff was very great. The rooms however are set up very weird. The TV was hanging on the wall on the side of the bed and they had one small chair in the corner so in order to watch TV you have to all sit on the side of the bed with one of you in the chair. There was an office space that was behind the bed that was a very long desk and wasted space unless someone needed to set up 4 screens to work, you are good to go. I'm not sure who designed the layout of the rooms, but they obviously do not travel with family, or to relax. They had a mini bar in the room, and a coffee shop downstairs sort of a Starbucks but not named that, but the coffee was good but expensive. The person making the coffee was probably the nicest person there. and like I said the staff was great. I travel a lot, but probably will not stay there again just due to the fact of how the rooms are set up.
