Comfortable beds, bad area

We stayed here twice over a 2 week period. First time we had to have an accessible room. It was very nice. It had what my mother needed. Only problem was keeping it warm enough. Second time was just as good. The beds are super comfortable. It's centrally located with lots of options for food and what not. Being from Colorado I know it's no longer a good area to be in, but we needed to be close to family. They do not give enough towels for a 2 bed room. Should always have 4 sets of towels.

We waited 45 minutes for the Wingate airport shuttle, finally gave up and took a shuttle to a nearby hotel and pulled our bags down the street to the Wingate. Upon check-in, we were told that we needed to wait for the shuttle at a certain 'station number (512)" for the shuttle. This information was never provided in confirmation emails or when I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle's arrival. We watched many hotel shuttles pass by us, but never Wingate's. Really disappointing! The shuttle the next morning, by contrast, left as scheduled and the driver was very helpful. Wingate needs to provide better hotel shuttle pickup information. I'll never stay with them again.
