Charging for parking at a motorway service station hotel is not acceptable in my opinion. Also were unable to give me a VAT receipt for the parking charge.

The lady on reception charged me whilst I was there despites me showing her the booking confirmation/payment - she took my details said she will get a manager to call back the following day which didn’t occur, can’t get through the reception appalling service & attitude from staff

Pleasant stay

Our stay here was good, very clean, very friendly lady on reception and very helpful. My only issues were no plug sockets by the bed and you could only turn bedside lights off on one side. My husband wanted one side for his heated blanket but had to have cable lying across floor to reach nearest socket which meant I had to sleep on the other side where there was no switch for the light so if I needed the loo in the night I had to use my phone torch to get to the other side of the bed so I could turn the light on lol. Anyway I would stay again, overall it’s a lovely hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful. Lady on the desk when I arrived carried my case up for me as I asked for ground floor because my knees were hurting but none were available. The next day while I was waiting for my daughter to get ready another lady on the desk asked if I wanted a hot drink and made me a tea. Thank you!
