We had a pleasant 1 night stay. Check in was made effortless and welcoming by the young lady on reception (sorry I didn’t catch your name but it was Saturday 7th afternoon). We used the gym and pool which had been recently refurbished and were great. There seems to be other renovations taking place which the hotel could benefit from. Good value for money.

The hotel itself is lovley was a shame they only mentioned a few days prior our stay that the pool was closed but later found out it had been shut for months we picked the hotel based on the spa and pool so was disappointed and so were the children the breakfast was Lovley and staff were very accommodating

When we arrived the room was very clean , but there was little flies flying round the room, we did report this , don’t no if Anyone went to the room as when we came back from having a walk they appeared again. Also when resting a dog was barking constantly for 2 hours, they must of gone out for a bit, other then that a lovely stay , been many time always loved this hotel , just a few things that let it down this stay. The staff was also very friendly
