Comfort was Outstanding

This was my first time staying at a Renovo hotel and I was very impressed with everything. I loved the garden area, chickens, and apple orchard. The breakfast that was included was a nice added feature. Would stay here again for sure.

Mistakes were made

I didn’t want book one of the last double Queen accessible rooms so we booked a King room with a pull-out couch for 4 people. Mistake. The pullout bed was horrible. It squeaked loudly every time anyone moved and woke everyone up. We ended up with three shoved into the king bed and one person on the pullout trying to stay as still as possible. Would we stay there again, yes. It is a beautiful hotel and the room was very quiet and clean but I will never make the mistake again of having a pullout sofa bed.

Amazing Staff

Stayed at the Renovo for a long weekend with my mom & aunts. This hotel was great and the staff was amazing. Everyone from the women checking us in to our bartender Joshua was so friendly and went above & beyond with their service. I’d absolutely stay here again if visiting Iowa.

Nice but noisy

We had a pool room, which we did not request, & it was very noisy. Would much rather look outside than onto an indoor pool. Quiet hours weren’t until 11, which as a family who was just passing through & wanting a place to sleep, felt late. Slamming doors all night. Otherwise, it was pretty nice - clean, decent breakfast.

Nice entry. Lovely staff. Yummy breakfast. We were next to the kitchen so the music was staff kitchen music was blasting at 530am. Not too awesome. Rooms were dirty and only “surface” clean. Awkward shaped room - hard to get around In.
