We came for the bike riding and were pleasantly surprised that they’re developing the trails all the way throughout Des Moines. We did three days of bike rides and we think about coming again every year. Those bike trails are the kind of things that would make us wanna live here

Hard to beat this hotel for the location and cost. We've stayed here multiple times, and it's within walking distance to most of the nightlife. Clean, plenty of parking, and the rooms are big.

Perfect for walking everywhere

Perfect location to walk anywhere you needed. Front staff was extremely helpful. He let us check in early, even when we didn't ask to. We were just asking about how parking worked until we could check in. We loved the large patio area. And everything felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again for an Iowa Cubs game.

The property was great! Didn’t like that you have to pay for parking when you pay to stay. Most of the staff was amazing except at check out the lady was so rude.
