The spacious backyard boasts a large pool and spa, an inviting outdoor dining area, a dedicated play space, propane grill, cozy firepit, and relaxing lounge seating—perfect for enjoying warm evenings and fun-filled days.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials: silverware, tableware, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender. Just bring your groceries and start cooking!

The open living and dining area is ideal for indoor gatherings—enjoy dinner together, play board games (which we provide), or simply unwind in comfort.

For extra fun, the game room offers a pool table, poker table, air hockey, and darts. Catch your favorite movies on the large 75” TV or challenge friends to a friendly game night.

The bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds (queen over queen), sleeper sofa and 2 air mattresses. We can host up to 16 guests. There is an additional $50/night fee for each guest after the 10th guest.

The house offers driveway parking and street parking. No garage parking is available.

There are built-in speakers inside the house so that you can enjoy your favorite music with your guests.

We have a charcoal BBQ grill available, but please bring your own charcoal as it's not provided.

There are 3 security cameras in the property: 1 located in the backyard pointing to the backyard, 1 located in the side yard pointing to the side of the house and 1 located in the front yard pointing to the driveway. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is 1 noise monitor installed in the backyard. It is required by City of Desert Hot Springs.

Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Damage Waiver (Optional):

Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

Guest Portal: We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. No account signup is needed, and it gives you a guest portal with all home info and my favorite local spots.

Optional Upgrades:
Early Check-in: $30/hr
Late Check-out: $33/hr
Pool heating: $150/day to heat up to 88°F (Minimum 2 days)

Spa & Pool:

Spa heating included; 3-hour timer, can be turned on anytime.

Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense.

PETS are allowed. We charge $95 per pet for their stay. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.

Music: Allowed outdoors until 10:00 PM. Small portable speakers only; no large speakers, DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors.

No Smoking: Strictly inside the house. $1,000 fee for violations.

Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.

Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.
