Nestled in the Waters Edge neighborhood of Crystal Beach is a charming four-bedroom/two bath cottage that we call Cozy Beach House. This newly renovated Destin vacation rental home offers a peaceful and refined setting while being centrally located in the heart of Destin's favorite activities.

Ideal for families, Cozy Beach House comfortably sleeps 10 guests, with two bedrooms on the first floor and two additional bedrooms upstairs. Cozy Beach House offers a semi-wrap-around screened porch, perfect for enjoying gentle coastal breezes.

As you open the door, you'll be greeted by a beautifully furnished living area featuring a stunning wood grain ceiling. The fully equipped kitchen provides ample space for meal preparation and dining, with seating at the bar and dining table. Unlike condos, this home provides open and spacious rooms, allowing you and your family to spread out and make yourselves at home. For added convenience, this home includes its own washer and dryer, four TVs, one DVD player, and Free Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected during your vacation.

Located just one block from the beach, Cozy Beach House offers easy access to the pristine white sands and emerald-green waters of Florida's Emerald Coast. After a day at the beach, relax and unwind in the spacious backyard with your own private pool and plenty of chaise lounges. Take advantage of the gas grill and have a backyard barbecue while the crew is swimming and lounging poolside.

The neighborhood is conveniently located near Destin Commons, home to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Parking for up to 3 vehicles is available, making your vacation convenient and comfortable.

There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a daily fee upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
