Hidden Gem for our 35th anniversary!

The Capri property is a hidden gem just minutes from all that Destin has to offer. This beachfront property is gorgeous and the quick door to sand access is a major plus. Not to mention the free daily beach chair and umbrella service and double space parking directly in front of each unit! The room was comfortable and came with all you need for a comfortable week at the beach. We hope to bring more family with us next year in adjacent rooms so that they can enjoy the same amazing views and experiences that my wife and I had!

It was just ok. We liked the location because the beach was right there and it was quiet at night. However the furnishings were uncomfortable to sit in and needing updated. The bed had no plush feel at all to it. Again it was just ok.

Excellent location that can’t be beat! Right on the beach - literally. No need for beach wagons, bikes, or crossing a street. Unit was clean and had pretty much everything you need. Check in was simple. Not much in the way of decor, furniture/appliances are very old, zero extras - usually these rentals have ziplocks, foil, a few spices - nope. Absolutely nothing extra. Towels, utensils, sheets, all very basic quality. Overall the unit could use some love to personalize it, update the furnishings. However this doesn’t really detract from it because of the location. No noise from the neighboring units and no unit above so it’s quiet! A gem!Will definitely be back!

The cleanliness was okay. When we got there one of the pillow cases had “bodily fluid.” The floors looked dirty but they weren’t too bad. 2 trash cans were broken and not replaced before we got there. The bummer was I had brought my Neso “canopy”, but wasn’t allowed to use it. They do give you 2 chairs and an umbrella- complementary.Besides the above, it’s a great little set up.The little apartment was the perfect size for my husband, kiddo, and I. The location is worth it! Nicely, older gated community.There were crowds of people to the left and right of us on the beach. But the section we were in is so calm and worth it!
