From here, you can slip out onto the private balcony to take in endless emerald-green waters. The en suite bathroom is just as indulgent, featuring a walk-in shower and contemporary finishes.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Beachfront Condo at Jade East offers its guests a water park, a hot tub, and a fitness centre. Beachfront Condo at Jade East also features barbecue grills and a lift.
