Living Room

Inside this spacious condo, vibrant and colorful furnishings blend seamlessly with gulf-inspired décor, bringing the relaxing beach atmosphere indoors. The inviting living room offers ample sofa and armchair seating, including a queen-size sleeper sofa, perfect for lounging or gathering with family. A smart TV is also provided for streaming movies and your favorite shows on cozy nights in.



Private Balcony with Stunning Gulf Views:

Step out from the living room onto your own private balcony, complete with a table for four and two extra chairs—perfect for sipping morning coffee, enjoying sunset cocktails, or simply taking in the sparkling Gulf waters and sea breeze.



Dining Area:

Gather together for formal meals at the family-style dining table with seating for six, also the perfect venue for playing host to a fun-filled evening of games.



Kitchen:

The fully stocked kitchen includes all standard appliances, a wine refrigerator, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a toaster, and all the cookware and dining ware you’d need to prepare meals at home. Family-friendly touch: Kids’ plates, cups, bowls, and plasticware are also provided.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms:



This condo sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 (Primary Suite) includes: Gulf Views, king size bed, Smart TV with Cable, balcony access, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/soaker tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes: Gulf Views, two full beds, two closets, ceiling fan and a Smart TV with Cable.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Things to Note:

• This condo is located on the 8th floor.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• No pets allowed.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes required and will be provided at the gate upon arrival.

• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Access to the community will not be granted unless the reservation holder is physically present at check-in and meets the minimum age requirement of 25 years or older.

No exceptions. No Refunds.

• Boat and golf cart trailers are not permitted on the property per HOA guidelines. Please reach out to us for nearby trailer storage recommendations.



A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.



A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.



Important Noise Disclosure: This condo is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls, floors, and/or ceilings with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times. This is a normal part of condo living and is not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility.



🧴 Essentials & Guidebook:

We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.



We provide a complimentary digital guidebook to make your stay effortless. From the best local brunch spots and hidden beaches to check-in instructions and house rules, you’ll have everything you need right on your phone or tablet!



We use a secure, keyless entry system with a unique code for each reservation—ensuring you’re the only one with access during your stay.



Neighborhood:

Guests can enjoy beautiful shoreline views along with a wide range of resort‑style amenities. The property features pickleball courts, tennis courts, a basketball court, a relaxing sauna, a fully equipped workout room, and a seasonally heated swimming pool. Outdoor charcoal grilling and seating areas just steps away from the lake, and private beach access lets guests experience the emerald coast. This location offers the perfect blend of relaxation, recreation, and coastal living.



*Please note that the tennis and pickleball courts are currently undergoing renovations and are projected to be completed in Spring 2026. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are being made*
