This beautiful three bedroom home is located in Miramar Beach on the beautiful Sunset Lake. Islamorada is an amazing and comfortable home that offers sleek hardwood floors throughout and comfortable furnishings. The living area features a flat screen TV that is mounted above the fireplace (non-operational) and is surrounded by a comfy sofa and loveseat as well as a chair with ottoman for lounging. There is a half bathroom accessible from the living area as well. The formal dining area has a large table with seating for eight and the nearby kitchen is easily accessible to make your families meals. Two guest bedrooms are located downstairs and both have queen sized beds and both have glass doors that lead out to a porch. Both of these bedrooms have access to a full bathroom.

The property offers a large screened in back porch that overlooks the lake. A staircase from the living area will lead up to the Master Bedroom which is spacious and has a vaulted ceiling. The Master Bedroom also has double glass doors that will lead out to a private balcony facing the lake. The Master Bedroom has a sitting area that offers a flat screen TV with a DVD player and also features a large en suite bathroom with double vanities and a giant garden tub as well as a separate shower. There is also a set of bunk beds in a private nook nearby the master bedroom.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Powder Room with Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Twin Bunk Nook and Balcony Access.

Please note: Islamorada does not accommodate group-related bookings or organized group activities in order to preserve the home’s condition for all guests.

Loved the neighborhood! So snuggled in with beautiful trees! The house is spacious and so nice. We sat on the porch that was screened in alot. We loved the art work in the house, and all of the decor! We didnt swim much because pool was cold and in shade. Its a short walk to the beach, so we stayed there alot.

The property was beautiful. We all loved the property. When we needed assistance entering the beach gate code, we had to call the property management. She kept emphasizing that it had already been given to us via email. She was rude, but I overlooked it. I thought that's why we paid the added fees for any questions or concerns we needed answered.

A Restful Retreat!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at this beach house! It is just a short walk to the beach, and the house has its own private pool to swim in. The house is very clean and comfortable—it looks like the pictures. Highly recommend!

Great family stay!

Loved the home and everything it had to offer. There was an issue with the pool upon our arrival but the owners/property managers tended to it quickly to get it back in commission. The walk to the beach was short and easy! Loved the location!

This is a lovely property.

The house is clean & well maintained. The first floor screened in porch was large & ceiling fans certainly helped with cooling. If you have more people that fit in the bedrooms, it would be a tight-squeeze vacation, but it is certainly doable. The walk to the beach was very quick. The pool's deep end is probably 5 ft, & they should advertise that more. It was a nice surprise to have a deeper pool.

We had 8 people stay here comfortably. 3 adults, 2 teens and 3 under 12. Lots of room, super clean, AC worked great pool was clean and a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. My only wish item would have been more toilet paper for a 5 day stay. But still a 5 star vacay spot!

Peaceful Retreat

We had a wonderful time. It was a lovely setting , quiet and peaceful. It was decorated tastefully.. We were very unhappy with the tv situation, the streaming was difficult on some of the tv’s and the tv’s in two of the bedrooms were tiny. It was not handicap friendly. Grab bars would be helpful, handrails on stairs and pool would be nice. The house was adorable, but needed some deep cleaning along with the upper deck and screened in porch. Management and service techs, Dan and lDarious, responded immediately were very accommodating. We would love to come back for another month!

Superb Stay!

Warm, comfortable, livable space with every aminity needed. Location is ideal and communicating check-in, questions during our stay, and check-out, were the best we've ever had. The home was spotless and didn't just look clean, it felt clean. It smelled clean. There were no air fresheners to mask anything. We've been coming to Destin for 20+years and have stayed in many properties. This rental was exceptional across the board. Perfectly decorated in natural tones .... each place to sit or rest was cozy and comfortable. 2 couples and an 8 year old. Trust your stay here. We'll be back!

This was very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds! The pool was perfect for our kids and the neighborhood was super quiet! It was also very close the the beach. It was a little dusty, but overall was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life

Great old home on quiet street. Only problem we had was programming the TV. My wife has had cancer for 4 years and I recently had back surgery, consequently we really enjoyed the heated pool. By the end of the week, we felt pretty good again. The bed was very comfortable and the house was well decorated.

This was a great property. It was a less than 5 minute walk to the private beach access. A previous review had recommended a small fan got the bunk room in the master closet. We brought a fan and that was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
