Spacious Sleeping & Relaxing Areas

All five bedrooms are located upstairs, making evenings quiet and comfortable for the whole group. Plush beds ensure restful nights, and select bedrooms include desks for remote work or school (fast Wi-Fi included). A new sleeper sofa in the open upstairs landing provides additional sleeping space. Two shared guest bathrooms and an impressive Master bath serve the upper level, and guests consistently rave about the open, flowing layout of the home.

Downstairs is where everyone naturally gathers. The expansive living area features a cozy sectional, large TV, and plenty of seating for movie nights or downtime after the beach. The oversized kitchen and wet bar are ideal for preparing meals and entertaining, fully stocked with everything needed for dining in. Enjoy friendly competition with the ping pong table. A walk-in shower on the main level makes rinsing off sandy feet quick and easy.

The house was beautiful, inside and out! Great location! Very clean! Andrew was very helpful throughout the entire stay. This house has many convenient amenities! The pool was the highlight of our trip! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad, but a little inconvenient crossing the street w/ 3 toddlers.

We left a message about trash day when we arrive and no one replied back. The cleaning crew missed cleaning under the bed in the master bedroom and our young granddaughter found a tube of lubricant. Other than that we had an awesome time.

We were super excited to have a house that everybody could stay in. The house is in need of renovation or updating. While we were close to the beach and had a private entrance, the Was not worth the money we paid for four nights. The tubs/showers were hard to get in and out of as they were built up off the ground and weren’t the cleanest. The pool looks dirty visually however it’s just in need of some TLC. The caulking around the sides make it look like it is molding. Or it’s possibly that it’s just molding. We had a wasp nest outside our window that made me constantly fear that one was going to get inside. we also had a few roaches throughout the house. Not the small ones, but the massive ones. The house says that it has chairs to use at the beach however most of them are rested and not well taken care of and one of them broke while we sat in it at the beach. Luckily, I have my tetanus shot. It’s unfortunate that we spent the amount of money we did and were locked into what we had or we would’ve gone elsewhere. Check-in process was great and the management company were very attentive. But will look elsewhere next time.

Family vacation

We had a great time staying at your Vrbo vacation rental. Everything was in great working order except a few minor things & great communication with manager if we needed anything. We ran out of propane after using grill once but it was filled the next morning. Walk to beach was not bad but not easy carrying chairs as we needed more than 2 provided at the beach. I think it would have been nice if you provided beach towels since carrying them in luggage was not convenient. Bikes were fun to ride but did have to air up tires at local gas station. Overall, we had a great family vacation.

So over all the house was just OKAY! Looks like the floors were Never cleaned!! After walking on the floors our feet were so dirty! And we couldn’t use the pool the water was freezing! When asked to warm it up since it says it has a heated pool we were told it’s and extra charge which they should list that! Which that was the main reason we rented a house with a pool so we could use it, but nope we couldn’t!

Great house, fantastic communication!

Lovely home! We waited a bit later than usual to book our beach vacation and have several "requirements" when it comes to the house - close proximity to the beach, a private pool, 5 bedrooms for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids! We were so happy to have found this house somewhat last minute! The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all although we did pay to park at the front of the neighborhood a few times ($5 for 5hrs - not bad!) We loved that it came with one complimentary umbrella/two chairs down on the beach. There are several restaurants nearby that we enjoyed but also enjoyed staying in and cooking at the house. The communication with the host/property management was excellent! They checked in to ensure all was well with the property and sent little reminders about putting the trash out and things of that nature! Overall a really lovely time at the beach for a group of 9!
