You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this spacious second-floor unit featuring 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bath. You will have your own washer and dryer in the condo, a hallway alcove with bunk beds, free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living/dining room offers a private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico! Play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Quick mother daughter beach trip

Condo was cute and comfortable. Perfect distance to the beach if you can handle stairs. Pool area could use some attention. Condo had necessary items but could stand some updating in the bathroom. The office help was very friendly and helpful ... we enjoyed our visit with her. We would stay here again.

We loved the beach and the location. The condo unit was clean but there was a cat like smell in the bathroom. The balcony facing the Gulf was awesome! We had some weather come it so it was nice to park underneath the property. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Overalls everything was wonderful the only I can said for improvement is that the handicap parking next need to block the parking next to the handicap due will be easy acess for a deserved person.

Beautiful!

This condo was exactly as described. Only issues we had were a slow shower drain and a very worn couch that should probably be replaced. The view was amazing! The private beach even more so and Noah and Alex were more than accommodating If we felt our chairs were too close to our neighbors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
