Tämä hiljattain uusittu ja kalustettu rantakoti on juuri sitä, mitä olet etsinyt perhelomallesi! Hinnoiteltu hyvin kokoon, mukavuuksiin ja rannan läheisyyteen et löydä parempaa kauppaa tai laadukkaampaa kotia kuin tämä! Hoidetusta maisemoidusta erästä viktoriaaniseen tyyliin koteihin tämä on suloinen pieni helmi, joka on heitetty Hwy 98: n rannalle Crystal Beachissä.

Nauti upeasta lomakeskuksen tyylisestä yhteisön uima-altaasta ja jaetusta ulkogrillistä t rentoutuessasi perheen ja ystävien kanssa.
Se on vain 2 korttelin kävelymatka rannalle tai vie mukana toimitettu golfkärrysi ja nauti rannan rantatieltä, ruokailusta ja muista aktiviteeteista veden äärellä. Olet myös vain neljänneksen mailin päässä Destin Commonsista, jolla on runsaasti ostosmahdollisuuksia, ruokailua, elokuvia, festivaaleja ja tapahtumia ympäri vuoden!

The access into the house was very easy. The house was clean except the floor turned my kids white socks black. The floor needs to be replaced. The handle in one of the bathrooms was coming undone. The master bathroom on the first floor there had a problem. I called maintenance and they responded super quick and the maintenance guy Brandon was great. the day before we left the wash machine stopped working. Once again I called the maintenance and Brandon came back.. He moved the washer out and that worked so we could use it. Great location. In walking distance to the beach which was a positive. Pool was disgusting when we arrived. There was dirty socks in the pool. Sometime by Tuesday the pool was cleaned. There needs to be a skimmer at the pool.

Whole family vacation with parents, children and grandchildren. House had everything we needed for cooking and playing at the beach. Golf cart was great for all the trips to the beach. Would rent this house again. Management company was easy to work with for the rental and good communication during the stay.

We had between 9-11 people including children/infants , for a week at this location. The communication was perfect. The response to maintenance was handled very quickly by pleasant staff. The couch could use replacement, however it was a great size for our crew. The cart was awesome! We had to make several trips back and forth to get everyone to/from the beach but was great. It would be great if they had a charging place for the cart at the front of the house to negate the need to move our cars in and out to get the cart charged and out for the trips . Overall we had a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Another Great Stay

Awesome time. This is the third time staying at this property and my entire family including the dog enjoyed it. One of the great things about this property is the property management company. They were very attentive and easy to communicate with. The little neighborhood is quiet and a very short walk to the beach and close to area attractions/shopping.

We live in the big Bend of Florida. Met family there from the north. Had a great time. Spent a lot of time on front porch visiting. Very spacious lovely home that was well equipped in a quiet neighborhood

Definite pros and cons. Would like to leave a longer review, your not getting the entire story.

We travel to the Destin area every two years. We have never stayed at the same house twice. We bring a big family group and always make the best of it. Some houses we’ve stayed at have definitely been better than others. Unfortunately, this was the most expensive house we’ve stayed at and probably the one we’ve liked the least. I’m going to list some pros and cons for you now. Pros: The home is a decent size. It had the amount of rooms/beds we needed. Access to the golf cart was fantastic.(Have to pay extra for that though) We absolutely would have had a miserable time trying to make the walk to and from the beach each day. It’s farther than you realize and we’re all pretty fit/healthy people. The community pool is very nice. Our family really enjoyed using it. Con’s: First and foremost, the mattresses are AWFUL. Especially the two bunk bed rooms/matresses. I assume they think only kids use the bunk’s therefore they can skimp on the quality of mattresses, but that wasn’t the case for our group. Even the non bunk bed mattresses were not great by any means. Night one I had to kill a massive cockroach in the downstairs bathroom. Small ants in kitchen. The washer and dryer are SO out of date. They desperately need an upgrade. We had to run the dryer multiple times per load to get the clothes dry. The washer is also one of the loudest washers I’ve ever heard. The couches are stained. The decor is cheap and tacky. They provided the bare minimum.in amenities. One pack of detergent.

Fantastic stay!!

This property and our experience with it was fantastic. Great communication from the property manager and very quick responses to any queries. The house was perfect for our family location and the proximity to the beach, as well as access to the community pool, were wonderful. The beach toys in the garage were enjoyed by all! We were especially impressed with responses to maintenance requests. There were a few issues when we checked in but someone came promptly to fix them. The television didn't work and they brought a brand new one and installed it! This property was great and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking. We do wish we had opted to use the golf cart as that would have made trips to the beach easier but the provided wagon served well for transporting beach chairs and toys.

Exactly what we needed!

Beautful house with all the conveniences. Our group of 10 stayed very comfortably here. The house and its furnishings were all very clean and well kept. Just like it was pictures on VRBO. Convenient location to the beach and to 98. Golf cart made trips yo the beach very easy. It was a eonderful, relaxing week! Thank you!
