I didn’t take a shower because the tub was dirty and had mold around it. I’m pregnant and I don’t want to inhale black mold. That’s not good for anyone. I informed hotels.com they are encouraging places like this. This platform doesn’t do their investigation ,because that wouldn’t have happened if hotels only show real accuracy photos. Also, hotels and the hotel American inn lies about have breakfast there is none. Overall I was disappointed in the stay.

We got in at about 9:30pm and the front desk told me they let my reservation go at 8pm. I asked why and he said that's what the manager makes them do. He asked why I was late and even though it was none of his business, I explained that I knew I had until midnight to check in so we went to our function first then to the hotel. I asked for a room and he said he only had one room left and it was a king with jacuzzi room for $50 more. I said absolutely not. I not only reserved my room, but I also paid for it. He was not nice about the situation at all. He told me to call Expedia for a refund and get a different hotel.

when i arrived at the property the guy said he had no rooms avaliable i traveled 2 hours with nowhere to go an then he offered an another room which was not the type of room i paid for so unacceptable and dirty i had to call police in order for him to even get him to talk to me i would like an refund

Room was clean. But after a while I started seeing roaches started off with one. Then it was more and more by the minute mammas daddies and babies coming out. I couldn’t enjoy my stay or get any sleep because I was to worried about the roaches. We had a jacuzzi it was okay but no what I expected it I couldn’t turn on the jetted part.
