My toddler loved that we were staying in a pink castle! Room was perfectly clean thankfully. Looked at so many reviews for hotels and this was what we were left with, glad we chose here. Hot tub under maintenance but pool was nice and also a good sauna

Would absolutely not recommend this hotel. From Sue the front desk attendant being lazy and unprofessional to the fact the hotel is gross and not even clean. Sue refused to do anything about the fact the heater vent was blowing out dust and dirt.

Weekend getaway

Weekend get away trip. Staff was courteous and helpful. I appreciated the fact that our request for a shower chair was taken care of in advance. Many times we have gone to hotels where they ignore the request and then are scrambling to take care of them when we arrive. My husband has a prosthetic leg so a shower chair is a necessity. Will definitely stay here again.
