TRAVELERS BEWARE!!! WHAT STAY!!!??? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! Booked this location in May 2025 for our stay in August 2025, or so we thought we did!! When we “booked” our stay we received a confirmation number, our credit card was charged for the full price, we were sent all the information pertaining to this location etc. Come the day of our stay, August 9,2025, we did NOT receive any information as to the check-in process. We tried contacting the host with NO RESPONSE! NO Communication what so ever!! We looked up the host information, which seemed to be fake! We contacted a live VRBO representative and found out that the host had NOT had any bookings in over 4 months!! We of course said that was impossible because we had our confirmation number and our credit card had been charged the full price. At this point we now were left with NO place to stay for the weekend. A COMPLETE and UTTER INCONVENIENCE!!! VRBO could NOT Accommodate our of family of five with a new location to stay for the weekend. They said we would have to wait 3-4 days for a place to stay. UNBELIEVABLE and UK UNACCEPTABLE!!! VRBO did the right thing and immediately refunded my credit card for the full amount. Without the assistance of VRBO, we were fortunate to book a hotel room a few miles away, which was extremely accommodating. So BEWARE if you think you may want to book this location!ZERO Stars

***SCAM***. Do not book!!! We drove 12 hours only to arrive and find out the host cancelled our reservation after check in time. She did not respond to my text messages nor calls. Vrbo called multiple times and when she finally answered she told them it was double booked but I paid in full months in advance. Then finally text me back around 6:30ish saying I was under age and will be refunded. I’m 52. She tells them one thing but me another. Very unprofessional and this booking needs to be removed from this site.
