My Wife & I were pleased with the very quiet and well appointed room, lobby, breakfast area, elevator, parking and close to many things. So much so that we are coming back again 1/23. The beds were especially comfortable. Just a couple minor issues was needing to go to the desk to get a roll of toilet paper since only a few sheets were left on the roll and the the shower pipe was loose & flopping in the wall. I also could find a way to change the blinking :10 on the microwave so I just turned it away from our view. A Reasonable Price for a comfortable stay in Warren, Michigan.

The room was clean but very dingy. My wheelchair could barely fit through the door but not in the bathroom. The toilet was low and the grab bars were not in the right place to be useful. The sink and mirror were too high up be useful at all. Now for the breakfast the staff member was very rude and said we could not take any food or a tray out of the breakfast area because it was company policy. Because of the inability to get around in the room we were forced to leave a day early with no compensation for money lost.
