The pool said it was heated it was freezing cold. They never came and cleaned our room for 3 days and only gave 1 towel for a double queen room we had to go ask for towels daily. The hotel needs some serious remodeling

Our bathroom had no body wash, it had shampoo, conditioner and lotion. It smelled very musky and mildewy in the restroom. Door stays ajar unless you really push on it. And the breakfast was very poor, very little options. No fruit, and a lot was out of food. This was not one of the better hotels and we love staying with Country Inn and suites most of the time.

Customer service is horrible. They have extremely smart mouths! Hallways smelled like feet weed and old carpet. Bedrooms have holes in the walls. Carpet in hallways are extremely dirty. Only thing nice was the pool.

Worst hotel stay we've ever had. From 1:30am to 4:30am, the female in the room next door SCREAMED profanity, apparently into her phone, while banging something around the room and against our shared wall. Impossible to sleep, and fearful because, well, every screwball in the country carries a gun these days. It's impossible that no one on staff heard this 3-hour tirade, but nothing done about it. Police seriously should have been called. Never, EVER again.

wedding glitch

We stayed here with a large group for a wedding. We asked to be placed on the same floor as a member of our party was a single woman and the hotel clerk deliberately put us on different floors and opposite ends of the hotel. Needs a major update. Our A/C unit was so noisy we hardly got any sleep.

Ok in a pinch.

The staff was excellent. But the bedding had make up or some sort of stain on the comforter. Pillows were old and few. Room smelt of cigarette smoke upon entry. So did the hall ways and entrance. Not many towels in room.

We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 PM and were immediately alarmed to see police presence and an overall unsafe atmosphere. As two young women traveling alone, we felt extremely vulnerable. The receptionist informed us of a “situation” and advised us to stay in our room for our safety. This was incredibly frightening and unacceptable for any guest to experience.
