Situated in a prime location in Ferndale, walking distance to Harding Park and minutes from Royal Oak & Downtown Detroit.

Not far from I-696 or I-75 making commutes to downtown a breeze.

You’ll have full access to the one side of the duplex with a private no contact entrance.
