Felt like we couldn’t leave our room. Workers kept telling us we had to be in our room. Yet other colored folks were able to be out and walking all over. There was no breakfast food, everything was out. The pool chlorine was so strong we could only be in there for 10 minutes. The waterfall wasn’t working. And around 10:40 in the morning we had workers knocking on our door asking when we are leaving as we are packing up our belongings like we were being rushed out. We were standing on our balcony waiting for our pizza and were told we can’t do that and got a stare down from the employees. Will never stay here again or recommend this location to anyone!

Do not stay here! This place is ghetto with terrible service and management! Pool was dirty and closed at one point due to being over capacity. Security guards were rude and disrespectful to the guest.

The hot tub and pool were absolutely filthy. They looked like they hadn’t been chlorinated for days and there was visible dirt in the hot tub. The floor around the pool was very wet and slimy as well. The carpet in our room was ripped up and the furniture was quite worn down. I would not stay here again.

I was very unhappy with our staying decided to stay one night so that we could swim and enjoy the hot tub because there was a storm coming in and School would be close the next day. We have stayed at other Embassy suites and we really love the breakfast in the pool. the rooms were filthy. There was an inch thick of dust behind the bed with everything that every other family had eaten in the past six months. To put it nicely. Most of the breakfast was inedible I had called ahead of time see if the pool and hot tub were working and the man on the phone and shirt is that both were running and warm but they ended up shutting the waterfall off when we got there and the pool was ice cold.

It was okay...

While this is surely a kids friendly hotel the pool was wayyyy beyond capacity (45 max as shown at check in). The manager at the front desk had a terrible attitude and made checking in a real pain! I was charged $100 per room for deposit even though it states $50. Breakfast was great as always and the rooms are nice

1 it was the worst stay that I've ever had at your establishment. I've been coming for years and this time was much different. The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, the amenities were not. I had a handicap person with us and there was only one working elevator on top of that it was my seven year old granddaughter's birthday and she couldn't even swim in the pool because it was absolutely disgusting. The next morning We woke up and it took a while while they were getting the pool together, so we only got one hour of swimming in and that was the whole point of our stay. I also did not feel very safe. There was fights downstairs and the fire alarm was pulled I believe twice. After that, we were informed that we had to stay in our rooms for the rest of the night. I wish I could give better feedback, but unfortunately, it was a very poor stay. I have been a Hilton honor member for approximately 20 years and I will not be back to this establishment!

stay was going good until we had to evacuate the hotel, fire alarm sounded and everyone was running for exit. was kind of scary , was a fals alarm and everyone went back to rooms.
