I didn’t speak to any staff. I checked in on the app and did a digital key. My son is sleeping on the pull out sofa. There is a pillow and sheet set in the closet but no blanket. It would be nice if there were already clean blankets stocked in the closet. I was also under the impression that the pull out couch was a king due to the misleading wording of the “sofa bed-king” which I now realize was listed under bedroom. When I read sofa I thought that meant couch. Very misleading and confusing. The mattress on the couch is very thin as well.

The hotel was extremely loud. Lots of familys with tons of kids that were out of control, playing and running in hallways, 6+ kids staying in the room next to us yelling and screaming until after 1am. Had to call front desk multiple times. Kids using very rude language directly to us. Complete lack of control all around. Would never stay here again.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Love the complimentary drinks and snacks. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. My husband loved the omelet station. Loved the open space.
