The room was clean. The front desk staff was courteous. It annoys me to no end that I have to request daily room cleaning. I requested for every day and the cleaning staff left early on Saturday so I was unable to get service that day. I asked for towels from the room cleaning service one day and they told me to go to the front desk to request towels. This is the second Marriott I've stayed at that the conditioner was empty upon my arrival. This is beyond annoying as I have curly hair and conditioner is necessary. The breakfast on Saturday was rather paltry. The waffle making machine was broken and there was no alternative offered and they were out of cream cheese for the bagels. There wasn't any topping for the eggs either, such as cheese or salsa. On Sunday pancakes were offered, cheese and salsa was offered, cream cheese was available.

A place to rest and relax!

We called since we were coming in about 8pm. Tamika answered the phone. She was friendly, and let us know no problem with a smile on her face. When we arrived Tamika was welcoming. That put me at ease immediately. Having coffee /tea available upon arrival was great after a 4+ hour drive. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and it was quiet 😀. Loved there was hot tib and pool along with outside seating (tables and chairs and couches). Even a bbq grill available. This will definitely be our "place" when we come to visit. Thank you
