First room we were put in had a broken toilet. It took an hour to find another room at midnight. Second room we were put in was not clean. The shower still looked dirty and had candy on the floor. The next night we had rented a suite, this was dirty also. The carpets hadn’t been swept, the coffee maker had moldy water in the water reserve and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean.

The hotel staff and reception area was nice, quiet and clean. The room was nice, comforter and bed were extremely comfortable but the bathroom door didn't shut all the way and it was pretty noisy with kids running in the hallway late at night, early in the morning, & in the room above us. Otherwise the stay was good.
